I started using Pro Fitness of Surrey / Berkshire because I wanted to look my best for my wedding three years ago, and have stayed ever since because I would not push myself like they push me!
I was very skinny and lacking in confidence with women. Having trained with Rory for some years I’ve packed on three stone of lean muscle and the girls are finally looking at me! Rory actually changed my life and I can’t thank him enough!
With Rory’s help I have my battle against the bulge on track. I’ve been on and off for the last few years, but now I’m ‘game on’ and confident I will achieve my goal to get ripped muscle tension and restored balance to my muscular-skeleto system.
Being over 60 and having different injuries and conditions to deal with, I decided it would be best to get a personal trainer for safety’s sake. I train only once a week but feel fitter and healthier as a result – we normally have a good bit of banter too!
